Pack Lab, Inc. believes in protecting your privacy throughout all aspects of our business. Information We Collect
When you visit our web site, we collect your computer’s IP address. We also collect personal identifying information that you knowingly provide to us. When you become a Pack Lab client, you will be given special access to our website. We use information you have previously provided (such as company name, your name, address, phone number, fax number and E-mail address) to personally identify you. You will also be providing product information, such as type, quantity, lot number expiration date and other pertinent information for the completion of the job. You may also be asked from time to time to provide personal identifying information to us under other circumstances, such as when you are billed for the completion of a job or to participate in a survey. None of the personal identifying information we collect from you will be used or disclosed except as described in this policy.
You can modify or correct your personal information at any time by contacting our marketing director. As a standard policy, Pack Lab will never display any of your confidential information on our website at any time.
How Your Information is Used
When you submit personal identifying information through our site, that information is shared throughout Pack Lab to allow us to complete your job. We will also use the information you submit to improve the kinds and types of services we offer. We will never sell or otherwise divulge your personal information for marketing purposes.

However, from time to time, Pack Lab may allow third parties to advertise on our website, or we may provide links to sites we think may be of interest to you. Pack Lab does not use Cookies but they may be placed by clicking on links to advertisers or independent third parties who actually operate the servers on which the ads reside. Children’s Privacy Online
We are especially concerned about protecting the privacy of children. However, we do not monitor the age of our user audience. Therefore, if you are under age 13, you should never submit personal identifying information to the Pack Lab website without the consent of your parent or guardian.
E-mail information submitted to Pack Lab, Inc. is used to analyze and respond to the inquiry. We do not collect personal information for any other purposes than to respond to you.
